Whether you want to weight train, lose weight, or just get into shape overall, Bancroft Fitness has the tools, and space you need to become the person you've always wanted to be!

Fitness Assessment, and Orientation

Once you sign up, you can chose to get a fitness assessment or orientation from our fitness instructor (Manager of facility) Heather Lockwood. She will work with you down to the point that you have a plan that works for you, and will help you achieve the goals that you make.

FACILITIES

We have one facility in Bancroft and it is located in L'amable. It's a gym that allows everyone to come work out and get healthy. We provide showers, bathrooms, towels, and water is for sale to buy for $1. Our facility is a not for profit organization, and it is a very welcoming, and is a warm, friendly place to be!
